ErgData from Concept2 is a comprehensive training companion that offers a range of beneficial features. With this app, you can effortlessly set up workouts using your phone or tablet, access personalized statistics and information during your workouts, track your progress over time, sync with the Concept2 Online Logbook, participate in the Workout of the Day, and much more.

Features

Effortlessly set up workouts from your phone, allowing you to easily create even the most intricate interval workouts. You have the option to save workouts as favorites or conveniently rerow previous efforts directly from ErgData.
With a single tap, you can set the Concept2 Workout of the Day on the monitor.
Apple Watch compatibility enables users to view real-time heart rate data on the screen during their workout and analyze it afterwards.
Choose from various workout display options, such as small, medium, and large data screens, a pace graph screen, an interval and split table, or a pace boat. Simply swipe between screens during your workout and customize the displayed data to suit your preferences.
The app seamlessly syncs with the Concept2 Online Logbook, making it effortless for you to participate in numerous challenges. From the Online Logbook, you can easily share your workouts with platforms like Strava, Garmin Connect, or Training Peaks.
Detailed post-workout analysis provides valuable insights into your performance. You can view all your interval and split data, as well as pace and rate graphs, and observe how much time you spent in each heart rate zone.
Optional voice guidance feature to receive audible workout data and results.

Compatible with the PM5.
Works seamlessly with the Concept2 RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg.
Connects to Apple Health for easy integration with other health-related apps and devices.
Connects to the PM5 via Bluetooth only.

Please note that when using ErgData, it is important not to have a USB stick in the PM5 simultaneously, as this may prevent your workouts from being saved.
